Automatische Dehnungsmaschinen sind teurer, verbrauchen aber weniger Material und senken so die Kosten f\u00fcr Verpackungsmaterial. Im Folgenden stellen wir die Konstruktion und Eigenschaften der einzelnen Maschinen vor.<\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- divi:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br>Mechanische Dehnung: (mit mechanischer Bremse)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<!-- \/divi:heading -->\n\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p>Die Stretchfolie wird zwischen der schwarzen, aufgerauten Hauptrolle gespannt, die die Rolle mit einer auf einer robusten Bremsfeder montierten Bremse bremst. Dadurch entsteht Spannung zwischen Rolle und Ladung, und die Folie spannt sich auf die silberne Rolle. Die Spannkraft wird mit einer Schraube eingestellt, die auf die Feder dr\u00fcckt. Die f\u00fcr das Spannen der Ladung zust\u00e4ndigen Rollen werden von einem separaten Motor angetrieben. Die Folienspannung wird durch einen Sensor aktiviert. Wenn die beiden \u00e4u\u00dferen Rollen gekippt werden, wird der Motor aktiviert, der die Rollen steuert. Mithilfe einer Kette und Zahnr\u00e4dern f\u00fcr den Antrieb drehen sich die Rollen mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten und spannen und strecken das Material. Die Folie, die diese Rollen verl\u00e4sst, ist bereits gespannt, d. h. es findet eine Vorspannung statt.
